If for any reason you anticipate that you will not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please let us know ahead of time as soon as possible to avoid any no show or cancellation fees. See below for our cancellation policy. ​ Cancel 12 hours before appointment - No cancellation fee. Cancel within 12 hours before appointment - 30% cost of services fee. No show - 40% cost of services fee will be applied to your next bill.
